Any request for an authorized return must be made within 10 days of the product being delivered to you NO EXCEPTIONS. Any product authorized for return must be returned in its unused, and unwashed condition, and in the items’ original packaging so as to be resalable by us. If you ordered the product in error, or if you are simply not satisfied with your product, and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for both the cost to ship the product to you (even if free shipping was offered) plus the cost to return the product either back to the manufacturer or to our main warehouse in Florida, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must have a return authorization number. You must request a return authorization number from our returns department before returning any item.
